IRS对NRA不公平, 结婚的也只能按单身报, 用

1040NR附表8843, 这里有2个例外:
1:是超过5年的F1(既03年是F1的第六年)可以按RA报1040, 这样就可以合报.
2.NRA结婚的配偶是公民或者税法上的居民, 这样NRA可以自愿选按RA合抱.
