A friend of mine once ran into the same kind of problem. But they finally settled the issue through dialogue. I hope you can do the same. I'm afraid there will no winners if you ask the court to settle issue for you.

On the other hand, if what she is asking is not outrageous, just give her the extra $$ to make her happy. Money can be made again.
