买房子被骗了！请问大家这个官司可以打吗？

4个月前买了一个50年的老房子。 是投资者买了之后装修卖给我的。 当时他没有Disclose给我任何负面的消息。 第一次买房， 工作忙没有任何经验。 现在我的卧室两面墙上全是MOLD（霉菌). 清理要花很多银子。 我觉得卖主有意欺诈， 准备Suit他。 请问大家胜诉如何？到哪里可以找个好的律师？谢谢！
