The reason I am aking for doucments is for the tax reason. I want to see if the documents show I can claim child tax or not. I was so mad he said I was lying. But there is no reason I should tell him why I need the document. Does he have the right to insult me?

When the attorney handled my case, he gave me none of piece paper, when he withdrawed my case. I didn't know I should ask for paperworks back.

If he lost all my paperworks finally, What can I do to agaist him?
