Plz Help me (Very important)

Dear All,

I was charged shoplifting/changed the price tag of a jacket (the difference is $380). I am summoned to court on Nov 27th regarding a 3rd degree misdemeanor charge. I never ran into this situation before and how likely would I be convicted? What are some consequences for my re-entry visa to U.S (currently H-1B holder and don't have visa stamp yet) and greencard application?
