前老板拖欠工资几千在2003年， 还能要回来吗?

已经快三年了，每次态度都很好， 表示要还，实际上我感觉可能性很小，不知该走什么途径才能要回这几个月的工资? 请有这方面经验的朋友指点一下。 非常感谢!
