I posted my answers to the other question, and then read this one. Apparently you have more tah just one reason to divorce. That's OK. But you may want to separate the matters and have them done in orders.

I cannot say much about how much it hurts you, 'cause not one in the center of the storm. But having your hubby together and through this event is only to help you. And he should! Overall, I think you can lay back and let the insurance lawyer to much of the ground work.
