4. ask the court to sobpoena the hospital doctor to testify how serious that night his conditon is. to hold for overnight observation is nothing, only a precauton, and usually the way to make bill big for hospitals.
5. bring all the rest of passengers as prove that they are in the same car, experienced same accident,but no one hurt that much and no one tries to claim the same amount.
6. how he calculate the amount? bit by bit.
