1. notarize your "special power of attorney for lcosing real estate transaction" at local notary public. (information in your include your full legal name, your birthdate, your passport #, your current address, your brother's full legal name, your brother's birthdate, your brother's current address, the property address, your relationship with your brother, etc...)

2. go to county clerk office to acknowledge the POA.

3. go to the office of secretary of state to certify POA.

4. go to PRC consulate to authorize POA.

5. certified mail to your brother.
