My lease says:
The initial term shall extend from Sept 1,2006 to April 30, 2007 and continue thereafter on a monther-to-month basis.
To terminate the lease in writing by giving Owner/Agent (30) days written notice prior to moving from the premises. When Owner/Agent receives the notice to vacate, he will arrange with the Tenant(s) a mutually agreeable time to have a lease termination inspection of the premises.
That is all about the vacate.
In such case, do you think I need to pay them until APril if they kick me out?
What the content about this in your lease?
