孩子在幼儿园右胳膊受伤, 但第一发现地点是在幼儿园停车场,

但我没有及时报警, 当天3小时后,孩子在急诊室进行了治疗,
第一报警时间是第二天在自己家,
以前左胳膊在家里受过类似的伤.
请问我要请律师问些什么问题,
当律师说NO FEE IF NO RECOVERY时,
我怎么问费用问题.
律师的助理会来给我送他们的一些文件,
什么文件是最重要的, 我要确认他们给我看,
然后我再签字.
