看见同事偷东西，该怎么办？

上周末到公司加班，无意中听见旁边cubic 一同事带着另一个人来，议论一台机器， 商量着搬走不会有人发现，偏偏我就在旁边cubic坐着，好尴尬。后来他们真的搬走了那台机器。我该怎么办，该报告给公司吗？向谁报告呢，要是报告了这同事会怎样呢？
