紧急求助！撞车后，对方狮子大开口

撞车时，是我们的错，我们左拐，对方直行（一辆suv），我们的是小车，我们的车报废了，他的车灯裂了，我们人没有什么事。我们的保险公司赔了对方的车$1800.现在，对方要赔$130,000。
我们的保险公司没有同意，所以一直没有结案。
我该怎么办？求各位大侠给点意见,谢谢先！
