We have lived in a rented apartment for 9 months. This room has problems with the heating system, which we experienced in last winter and spring. The room temperature was only 62 F in some days when the system completely stopped working, which made the room unbearable for living, especially because we have a young baby. The system was partially repaired in the spring. In the last few days, as the weather became cold again, we found out our heating system stopped working again. As the winter is coming, we are almost sure that the heating will become a problem again, because the superintendent and the buidling management are reluctant to help, so is the apartment owner who lives in Florida. We are planning to move out before the one-year lease terminate as the apartment does not meet the condition for living according to a document from State. We wish to get advice from you on how to do this properly without cause legal dispute.
