apartment把我告到法院，我没有出庭，自动判我认输。后来我收到法院的来信，把为什么没有出庭和the case的情况告法官，法官让我出10$re-open the case. 昨天收到法官的信
是这样写的


This court has reviewed the application for a motion hearing filed by the defendant, and directs that this matter be schedualed on************* at the justice of the peace court named above for a hearing. If the motion granted trial will follow the motion hearing.

是什么意思呢？
