请问老猫和大侠们--莫名其妙收到驾照的Notice of Sus

Suspension.居然是因为02年4月的一个Accident在04年1月又有了新的Judgement,要我付3千多刀再加Cost.明明02年我出庭时,法官判了我Dismiss,并还了我驾照. 怎么06年又给我这么个Notice. 当时的事故是对方的责任,而且对方无驾照.请问我该怎样对付? Notice上给了个原告律师的电话.
