There were 14 people arrested at that night by those three undercover policemen officers using the same way. We are worried that Judge trust policemen in stead of person being charged. I trust my hu*****and that he wasn't looking for a hooker and he didn't want to make any deal with that woman. But he is such a nice guy and always willing to help people( I want to give an example. When we were in Los vegas, we met a black guy in front of a walgreen drug store. The guy told us that he just got out of jail and he does't have any money to call his family. My hu*****and gave him $20 even he knew that black guy might lie to us.) I trust him that he didn't have any intension to buy sex. But he made a mistake to talk to the undercover policewoman nicely that she think that he was looking for a hooker. When he said " no " to her, she might think that he think the price was too high? I am just guessing. I didn't see the policemen report.

But isn't it true that not until people give money to prositute and prositure started to give service, it wouldn't be a criminal fact? I am saying this based on what I saw from movies.

We talked to a lawyer in CA who gave up lience long time ago. He think this is a good case and we could win. But the local lawyer isn't positive about the case,which make us worried a lot.

Is law in Hawaii different, or more restrict? I cannot talk too much with my hu*****and on the phone about the case right now. I can tell he is depressed ( I am too) but we tried really hard to calm down and to work this out.
