老猫及其它法律专家关于房子lease的问题。

去年年底，我搬到外州工作，通过rental office 把apartment sublet给另外一个人，当时office的工作人员(A)，我(B)，和 sublet房子的人(C) 签订了一个协议， 协议是这样填写的


After Aug.27,2005, B has noting to do with the apartment LLC, B is responsible for the unit. (apartment 的职员 在此盖章签字)

My lease is schedualed to expire on I, B hereby instruct you to release my secuit depoit or any balance thereof, to the individual named below at the following address

房子到期后， 他们向法院sue我， 说我没有按时交到期后的房租，另外我没有给office notice终止lease,所以要我在交1个月房租+罚款+ court fee

过了3个月后我收到法院的信(由於信件转来转去的没有按时收到)，然后我向法庭说明了理由，把那个 协议的复印件给法庭，法庭今天来电话让我交$10去re-open这个case.

大家说说这个case我能赢吗？如果我赢了我是否可以在我所在的州再告他们要会所有的旅费。太远了，旅费会远远大于他们要的钱。
