A few suggestions:

(A) Don't carry your SSN card around. Instead,
remember the number by heart. In your case, you may want to contact Social Security Administration and see if you can get a new SSN.

(B) Don't carry your check book around. Carrying one credit card and one debit card should be enough in most cases.

(C) Don't possess and carry too many credit cards. Most of them serve the same purpose anyway.

(D) Keep records (e.g., photocopy both sides) of all the cards you carry, so that you always know how to report a lost or stolen card (which you already did).
