老公突然要求要我refinance我们的房子，并要我一个人签字贷款

（本来贷款是我们两个的名字，我是co-borrower),理由是他的credit不好。可我还是学生，并且重新贷款他还要cash out8到10万作为生活费。我本来没多想，可他这几天一直push我，我觉得很怪。想请问各位好心的朋友，1，我一个人签字贷款，是不是老公没有义务和我一起偿还？（title是我们两个人的名字）2，现在的贷款我做为co-borrower是不是与老公有同等的偿还义务？先谢过了！
