本人因一时贪心，在商店里顺手牵羊，结果。。。

本人圣诞节期间，在SEARS顺手牵羊拿了一个MD机没有付款，结果被保安扣住，留下了个人纪录。最近又收到了律师信，要求赔付200美金。我从来没有这么糊涂过，只是想知道，这对自己今后有什么样的影响？
