很顯然對方咬住您的就是您在"結束這個合約"當日您沒有結清所有的欠款 (include $1000 administration fee as liquidated damage)，所以老貓需求了解的是當時您之所以沒有付青所有款項的理由為何? 同時對方是否有提醒您需要付清所有款項才能結束這個合約?
