Need help: Colorado Business Laws

Not sure if any Colorado lawyers visit this site. I need some help. Under Delaware General Corporation Law (GCL), a corporation can merge with a partnership (section 263). I am trying to find if one can do the same in the State of Colorado. I have checked Colorado Corporatiosn and Associations Act and am not sure if section 7-90-201 means such a transaction can be done in Colorado. If you know of any other statutory provisions, please let me know. Thanks very much.
