旧房-新居

老猫先生:
我们刚卖掉旧房(有少许capital gain)，搬入新居。老公现接受一外州工作，又要卖房，烦指点有关这次卖房的tax consequences. 是否等到购新居一年后再卖，能得到better tax treatment? 谢谢指点迷津。
