法律上，这是重婚吗？

我和男友生活共同了几年， 有个孩子，没有正式的结婚，但也算是的系列。 他有老婆，还有孩子， 只是回去看望， 没有离婚。请问这是重婚吗？

说法不一， 所以我也不明白。请指点！
