关于报税-working in nonprofit inst

我2001年8月底以F1来到美国， 2003年6月毕业， 然后以OPT 在非 盈利的 研究所工
作，到12月15日又转成H1B。听说根据TREATY， 在美 工作的professor , researcher可
以有3年免税，我可以claim这个免税吗？还是我只可以claim $5000免税？非常非常
感谢。
