电话骚扰----加拿大

先对进来的大哥大姐表示感谢！如果对我的问题知道一二请不吝赐教。
最近我太太接到了她以前男友的电话，电话内容无非就是想和好之类云云。但是我太太已经明确对他表示不可能，并警告他不要再打电话。不过对方并没有因为这样的警告而停止对我太太的骚扰。

请有这方面经验，或者专业的大哥大姐帮帮忙，是否能采取什么法律措施。我们夫妻被这件事情弄得很不愉快。太感谢了。
