Help for my parents medical bill..Please

My parents went to see a eye's doctor for a prescrition of reading glasses they have Medicaid and Medcare insurance, when I make the appointment asked did my parents insurance covered it, they told me they accept the medicare but the medicaid, so what I understood the mean is covered, then we go to the doctor told the doctor my parents need the preion to buy reading glasses ( use medicaid can get free glasse but need the preion ) then the doctor also did some else exam, that later he said he think there is someelse problem my parents may have.

now, they keep sent me medical bill let's my parents pay and the bill charge money is different between my mother and father even they did the same exam.I don't want pay the money( they already get lot money from the Medcare) buy they said if I don't pay they gonna let's the case show on the Court.

What shall I to do? Please give me some advise Thanks
