It is reasonable.

Umbrella insurance is additional insurance on the top of basic insurance. For one house is $65 to $80/per million per year if one doesn’t have a car. But most time the company has to cover all your cars + all your houses, say – if two houses with two cars would be $300/year/one million.

Some saying - umbrella lawyers never loss the case.
