我的邻居善长修车. 于今年2 月由我出资$2500 購入三辆旧车. 凖备修理后卖掉. 利润分摊.然而, 我的邻居脾气似艺术家,高興时才修几下. 现已8月,无一辆车卖掉.同他交渋, 每次都说, “我会尽力.” 我已失望.欲收回$2500. 但发现因车在他手上,几乎拿不回来.求助各位, 该如何办?
