恼人的车祸，后续

还是有关我大车祸(对方并道没有注意他的盲区，撞到我的车，警察给他了 citation, 请看下面的post) 我的保险公司说两个选择：1：我直接和他的保险公司联系，file excluding form; 2. 我自己付$500 deductable; 我觉得应该是我的保险公司而不是我去和他的保险公司交涉，我该怎么办呢？多谢了
