I think you should try King's County first.

I am not sure if your hu*****and was telling the truth. Manhattan courts have no jurisdiction over you and your ex-hu*****and's divorce case. In Chinese it simply means that 曼哈顿的法院无权管你和你前夫离婚的事情。The lawyer's address has no bearing on where the case can be filed. Unless your hu*****and also had a Manhattan residential address, the case should not have been filed in Manhattan.

Have you called King's County Supreme Court? Please call them with your case number.
