You should have the other insurance' information and contact their insurance company - making a claim. At same time, let your insurance company know; normally your insurance company just monitors the case progress.

You can have teh insurance info from the other guy or from the policy report - it is good to have a copy of it, normally through court recorder.

Hope you are not injured in any way. If you are - wait for a few days it will show up, then the case is more complicated.
