Can we take the cosmetics and fish oil in the checked package?

I am going back to china and take all my stuff with me, and also want to take some fish oil as present.

In the present situation, we can not take the cosmetic, camera, and liquid in the carry-on bagage.

Can we take these stuff in the checked package?

Any one have a detailed infor about this?
