I called my insurance company, and I was told to give my insurance company 4 days to call back to track the case to see if my insurance company can find her insurance info. So I am waiting. If cannot find her insurance company, I planned to sue.

Now after I read your post, I think I should go the court in any case, because it will be pain either to deal with her insurance company if I could get the info from my insurance company.
