我的车高速公路急停时给人从后面以大概40迈速度撞了

bumper撞毁了，trunk稍有点变形。我脖子稍有点酸，其他没什么。对方保险公司认赔了。修车费好算。但不知人身损伤该赔多少。谢谢指教
