请问，如果刚刚搬入一个apt没有到一个月

车里的东西失窃了，我要求搬走。但是leaseing office 不给我deposite还要charge apt空屋时间的所有rent，我应该怎么办呢？有没有什么办法quit出来呢？谢谢！
