單身老貓 and other lawyers, could you please help?

A relative of mine in China asked me if I could get sample letters (?) written by US lawyers. He named a few examples: 1). a lawyer reviews two companies merge cntract and writes a formal letter explaining what he or she thinks of the contract; 2) a lawyer serves as a legal console of a company and provides an annual review/suggestions for the company as to what to do or not to do.

Does any of you have such sample letters or know where I can get such letters?

My relative's daughter is a lawer in China and would like to see the US format of such letters.
