單身老貓, please help me!

Please Help me :
I am dismissed from school because that I am failed the class is unfair. It is clinical class, no test, I did good in all homework, and work hard during the clinical, the thing is that the instructor did not like me, it is the last clinical day she failed my class, even told me: “even you got high scores you are still failed the class”, also did not give me my academic records, I pay money to a lawyer to send letters to require it, after one year, only issue me a forge one, and ignores all of unfair treatment on me.!
I did appealing to the school, U.S. department of education, office for civic right helps me and send letters to school too, but the school puts all of letters to the school law office to deal with me. They are very mean!
What can I do then I can go back to school? It is discrimination, no school policies for me!
