Old cat, are you online? Please help

Hi, Old Cat,

I'm the person who post "What should I do to not lost too much money? "

The landlord doesn't want to walk through the apartment with me, He
said he has no time, just let me left the keys in my apartment. I
didn't return the keys to him yet. He said He'll change the lock
this Friday.

He also said if he couldn't get the keys on time.( He is not always
at his office.) He'll charge me next month rent. What should I do?
If he changed the lock before month end, What can I do? Thanks. Catfun
