请教老猫

看有朋友在回答说不管被 charge成domestic violence mismedimenor的哪个类别(比如最轻的C)，也会被递解出境，对吗？我的律师也是这么说的，但他同时说只要有照片表明有伤，根本没有可能说 not guily,因此他考虑我认，但希望检察官不起诉成domestic violence，比如别的类别的mismedimenor ，这样可行吗？老猫您原来的答复好象说即使是domestic violence只要不是A应该不会影响当前的绿卡状态，对吗？谢谢回答！
