请问被老婆打，是否可以起诉？

老婆十分暴躁，稍不如意就动手。今天又被老婆一拳把眼镜打碎，眼眶打破，实在不愿意忍气吞声，想打电话报警。老婆现在持F2，我这样报警能不能我老婆驱逐出美国，如果不能，警察让把搬到外面住，还得我出钱给她租旅馆。
