我住一个apt, 以前住了两年的studio后来生了孩子换到同一个apt不同的房间(two bed room),因为知道可能住不长就签了六个月的合同, 现在已经住了三个月想搬家, landlord说要我多付两个月的房租还不归还我security deposit. 太郁闷了..

这是对的吗? 有没有改变的余地?
