Domestic Violence case

跟老婆发生冲突，当时可能有 点激动，结果老婆身上有伤，老婆还说我咬了她。过了几天老婆因为头疼去医院，医生看到伤问她怎么回事，结果老婆也没想就说我打了她(我们就是互相拉扯，我可绝没有任何意思要打老婆)，结果医生拍了照，当时老婆也没有在意，过了两个月我突然收到法院的通知，告我spousal abuse and battery。跟律师联系看起来dimiss这个是不可能的，不知道有什么方法可以在进入法律程序后可以和检察官联系可以dismissal。如果不能,我很可能会被判Misdemeanor,这样的话我是不是就算有案底了。我现在是green card，会不会对我现在有什么影响，对以后如果想申请公民是不是有影响，另外如果我要换工作是不是因为这个也不行了。律师好象都是想你认了，判Misdemean了事，听说在整个程序中要再dismissal很难，因为你就是打了，有相片为证。请问大家有什么建议？非常感谢。
