I received the letter from my credit card company. It says:

“As you know, we have been investigating your claim with XXX (the company). During this time we suspended the disputed amount of $yyyy.yy.

Our investigation is now complete and we have received credit for $yyyy.yy. Therefore, we are removing our previously suspended amount from your account.

The credit has been applied to your account and will appear on your next billing statement. We are therefore closing our investigation.”

It seems that the result is not bad. But I still wrote to BBB a letter with all evidences to ask BBB’s help to get my postage back. This may also help BBB to investigate the company to warn it not to cheat people again.

I do not what the result it will be. Up to now I got my whole refund except the postage I spent to send the package back.

I hope this information may be helpful for all of you who are concerned about this.
