求助！H1 申请出错

今年5月毕业，7月开始工作。公司的律师从6月开始办Advanced Degree H1， 用Premium process。6月22日递上材料，今天律师告知申请过程出错，需要重新申请。
“the employees in the USCIS mailroom incorrectly rejected your H-1B petition filing - they didn't realize it is an advanced degree case and not a regular case.”
这种情况常见吗？眼看高学位名额也剩余不多，很是担心。除了等，我还能做什么？

感觉这个律师不好。和她联系总是不回复。但我和她不曾相识，也不至于难为我吧？
