Thank you. I also report to ic3. It is good site to complain.

I check my credit report. Looks like my whole money (including shipping and handling fee) is back to my credit card except the shipping fee I paid when I returned the camera.

This is a good sign for me. But I don't know which part plays role, my credit company? bbb? or the company who cheated on me now becomes not that bad. I will see.
