I have been extremely frustrated by my experience with HP this time. I have a technical problem on my Compaq Presario computer and I called for support. I was told the problem I described was a typical one and could be solved by HP technicians. So I ordered their service ($59.99 for 45 min) as instructed. However, after I did everything (which took 38min) following the technician’s instructions, it turned out immediately that the problem has been remaining unsolved. Thus, I called to ask for solutions for the last two days. I have suggested for two options-either to refund me or to provide technical service until the problem solved without further charge. I have been keeping calling for the past two days and nothing has happened. what should i do now?
