Questions about health insurance after Divorce

My hu*****and and I are getting a divorce. He is a small business owner, and I am the one who gets the health insurance for the whole family from my employer.
My questions are:
1. If I don't tell my company about the divorce, and keep him on the plan, what are the chances they will find out?
2. If they find out, what are the consequences?
