We received a letter from INS recently and it said that my father's N-648 (dut to a stroke few years ago) was approved for citizen interview.
However, because he couldn't answer some questions during 1st interview, now INS asks "... ensure that your legal guardian/designated representative bring documentation establishing their authority to act in your regards. Such document must satisfactorily show that they have legal power of attorney to act on your behalf."
Anyone know if INS asked us to get a legal power attorney or legal guardian?
To apply a legal power attorney is easier (we may get bank certificate), while legal guardian is must complexer and take long time.
I would very appreciate if anyone can give advise.
